Marketing & Public Relations Intern

Remote - Indianapolis, IN

Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing & Public Relations Intern for the summer of 2025 to assist with marketing and PR functions for 3Aware. The intern will assist with content writing, support events and other marketing efforts, and help maintain 3Aware’s database of stakeholders, as 3Aware’s sales and marketing functions grow. Preferred candidates will have experience with or interest in developing skills such as digital marketing, content creation, and public relations. The intern will work with marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and ChatGPT.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on or academic experience with a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is excited to work in a start-up environment, has supported marketing content creation and can balance working independently with seeking support, as necessary. What you’ll do:

  • Manage 3Aware CRM platform with stakeholder information  
  • Draft content for marketing campaigns
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Support 3Aware participation in trade shows
  • Perform market analysis and research
  • Support the marketing team in daily tasks
  • Complete other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree program
  • Experience working with a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Writing experience (ChatGPT or similar is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of marketing/PR principles/techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (G Suite is a plus)
  • Passion for marketing/PR and its best practices
