Account Executive - West Coast
We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to partner with our VP of Sales in expanding our market reach and cultivating meaningful relationships with prospective clients on the West Coast. The Account Executive will drive new business development and sales within the MedTech industry. Specifically, the AE will be a hunter who can operate independently to secure business deals.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization while developing sales skills in a booming industry.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, lead, and close 3Aware client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Develop a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing business relationships.
- Drive revenue and sales goals through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
- Create and execute on strategies to break into new accounts and expand into new areas of existing accounts.
- Establish, manage, and grow relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
- Build and execute on customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to provide a seamless sales process to prospective clients.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years experience selling software in the MedTech industry highly preferred
- Experience working in an early stage emerging venture environment
- A closer mentality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional charismatic and compelling presentation skills
- Documented track record of sales success against KPIs and sales quota
