Associate Account Partner

Summary:

3Aware is looking for an Associate Account Partner to support the business development and full cycle sales process for our commercial team. This person will drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and help the business accomplish financial goals.

This person will identify and develop new sales and partnership opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and convert prospective customers to active clients. This position will develop relationships with Medical Device manufacturers and contract research organizations (CROs) that will benefit from the automation of device-specific  Post Market Clinical Follow-up analytics and surveillance with the 3Aware platform. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented  accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.

This person should be based out of central to pacific time zones to work territory in that area.

What you’ll do:

  • Help create business development processes to scale 3Aware as we grow
  • Build relationships with buying personas within MedTech manufacturers with P/L responsibility and/or regulatory compliance authority for product lines or families of devices
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success
  • Effectively present company’s solutions, value propositions and differentiators as an established thought-leading subject matter expert internally, and at sales meetings, webinars, conferences…etc.,
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Perform competitor analysis and stay abreast of emerging technologies and regulations
  • Become an expert in the company’s products and where they sit within the larger ecosystem
  • Travel to business development meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, etc.…
  • Complete other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1+ years experience selling software in the MedTech industry highly preferred
  • Experience working in an early stage emerging venture environment
  • Experience implementing and executing sales methodologies such as Solutions Selling, Sandler, etc…
  • A closer mentality
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional charismatic and compelling presentation skills 
  • Documented track record of sales success against KPIs and sales quota
  • Willingness to travel
